Interest rates change daily.
I hear those words and say those words all the time. One thing I have never seen is a graphic like the one we have today. (compliments of Academy Mortgage).
Tiny bit of fine print to notice: These numbers are with 10% down, 5% of the 10% can be gifted funds from a family member IF needed.

I really like that the "payment" stays the same at $1503 per month, what changes is the Interest rate (and the size/price of the house).
Interest rates are great right now, based on credit etc...
