I graduated from the University of West Florida in Pensacola with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management. I am a Maricopa realtor that lives and works in Arizona, and specializes in Maricopa New Homes. I deal primarily with Buyers that are upgrading, downsizing, relocating to Arizona or those looking for an Arizona Investment Property. As a Maricopa realtor I am always looking out for the best deals to pass on to you.
I have the Realtor designation of ABR which is “Accredited Buyer Representative” and I am in contact with over 30 different builders every few days. I find the best deals for my clients by scoping out the builders for homes that have fallen through the escrow process or homes that have recently been discounted. Many of these deals are discounted, some up to $100,000.
When one of these deals come back on the market, it is imperative that you as a client have a Maricopa realtor that will be one of the first to hear about it.

If you are seriously considering a Maricopa New Home, than I would suggest a local Maricopa realtor. The best deals are not located on the MLS (Realtor Multiple Listing Service). Finding the best deals takes hard work and persistence, and going builder to builder, talking to my contacts at the builders, finding out if any of the transactions look “shaky”. After finding a shaky one, I contact my client, and get them to see the home before anyone even knows that it will be back on the market.
