When looking in Maricopa/Casa Grande/Laveen and 14 smaller outlying cities, I would really recommend at least getting information about this program from a lender that is familiar with this loan.
This program is only available until the funding runs out. It looks like it should make it until March, when the powers that be in government make more funds available.
If nothing else, at least inquire about the program. The program pays the buyer's closing costs and the remainer of the funds can be used toward the sales price of the home!
