I graduated from the University of West Florida in Pensacola with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management. I am a Phoenix area realtor that lives for Real Estate, and specializes in finding my clients the best deals. I deal primarily with Buyers that are upgrading, downsizing, relocating to Arizona or those looking for an Arizona Investment Property. As an area realtor I am always looking out for the best deals to pass on to you.


I have the Realtor designation of ABR which is “Accredited Buyer Representative” and I am in contact with over 30 different builders every few days. I find the best deals for my clients by scoping out the builders for homes that have fallen through the escrow process or homes that have recently been discounted. Many of these deals are discounted, some up to $100,000.

 

I also have the designation of CNE which is “Certified Negotiation Expert”. My goal while negotiating is to read the negotiating personality of the opposing Realtor and counter him in a way that will prove beneficial to my clients.

 

If you are currently working exclusively with another Realtor, please consult them. I am unable to help you. If you are seriously considering a Phoenix Area Home, than I would suggest a local realtor. Many of the best deals are not located on the MLS (Realtor Multiple Listing Service) especially new builds or spec homes.

 

Finding the best deals takes hard work and persistence, and going builder to builder, talking to my contacts at the builders, finding out if any of the transactions look “shaky”. After finding a shaky one, I contact my client, and get them to see the home before anyone even knows that it will be back on the market. My hard work and investigative process will let me be the best Realtor for you!


There are no costs to you when having a buyer representative. The seller pays all commissions.
