Does He/She realize that the subdivision on Rancho El Dorado not only has a golf course but a driving range, and a clubhouse with an incredible menu?
Does He/She realize that the subdivision of the Villages at Rancho El Dorado has the only community fitness center in town, along with the lake,ducks,tennis,and basketball courts?
Does He/She realize that not only is Glennwilde surrounding the city park, but the homes are in walking distance of many free activities like kid sports,fireworks,salsa festival,founders day and much more. Glennwilde even has 2 heated pools. Most residents only know about 1 of them.
Does He/She realize that Cobblestone is the only subdivision in Maricopa with basement homes. Not a huge amount, but they exist. Cobblestone also has a pool, lake,soccer fields.
Does He/She realize that the subdivision of Tortosahas a minimal amount of amenities, but they have the highest HOA fees in town?
Does He/She realize that Maricopa Meadows has a lake, an adjoining middle school and several different builders in the area like Shea, Richmond American, (Elite-single story homes) and (Courtland-bigger homes)
Does He/She realize that Desert Cedars and Alterra have tot lots, but there HOA fees are low and don’t include many amenities.
Does He/She realize that some of the homes in the subdivision of Dessert Passage may require flood insurance? The subdivision has nice amenities though, including a pool,basketball, soccer and baseball diamond!
Does He/She realize that Acacia Crossings has several tot lots, basketball and is one of the older subdivision in town?
Does He/She know that the Lakes at Rancho El Dorado were once built by 2 different builders? Meritage and Hacienda. Hacienda went bankrupt, and Meritage bought the rest of the area, which they will be building out.
Does He/She know that Province is the only 55+ gated community in Maricopa? Does the agent know that the HOA fees vary depending on the floorplan of the home?
We still have left Rancho Mirage, Sorrento & Homestead….
