Trying to think of something to blog about, so with the ADD mind, while trying to learn more about aliens and the Universe, I was distracted and began learning about space, which brought to mind the title sequence from Star Trek. Then realizing that Land is kind of a final frontier, since no more land is being manufactured... except in a few rare cases...
OK.. so here is where we are...
I decided to do a search on the Multiple listing service for just raw land, in and around the Phoenix area. Just typing in land gave us WAY to much to consider 7000 listings with no search parameters.
I ended up adding restrictions until the list became more manageable.
The first search is lots and land over 5 acres BUT they must have water,electricity and sewer connections on site! I did notice that there may be a building on the property listings, but that building may be inhabitable. These listings are being sold as lots and land,so the values will be the earth. Notice that although these are in the Phoenix AREA, they are not in Phoenix proper and some are a few hours away. Here are the listings! http://www.flexmls.com/share/DUya/Selected
