Maricopa’s most unique current floorplan- Home plus apartment? $215,990

An Apartment INSIDE a home? Can this be real?

So.... Thanks for taking the time to read my post. Glenwilde69Ivy(6)Selling Real estate in Maricopa over the years I have seen some unique floorplans compared to the thousands of 3 or 4 bedroom homes with 2 bathrooms!

Back in the day in Cobblestone, Fulton built some basement homes which were really cool at around 4000sqft. In Tortosa, Shea built some unique floorplans with a separate workshop in the garage. Taylor Morrison built a 4200sqft monster with multiple staircases and side courtyard/ bbq area. DRHorton built a 4200sqft home with a semi-circular staircase.

Each one of these homes made me think "semi custom" feel in a track home area.

Fast forward to 2015, the builders have overall reduced the sizes of their homes. 4000sqft is a bit large for the market right now.

However, I have run across a new floorplan being built now, that really strikes me as "unique" compared to the competition.

Give me 30 seconds more of your reading time, and I will give you the low down!

warningMy name is Brian Petersheim (602.206.9644). I am a Maricopa resident and have been selling homes in Maricopa is 2006. My first few years of real estate, I sold mostly new build/spec homes that were from the builders because the foreclosure and short sale market hadn't started yet.

When you are using a Realtor as a buyer's agent, there is not a fee for the buyer to pay. The builder will pay the Realtor for bringing in a prospective client and showing the homes, and helping them with the process. It doesn't cost you anything.

You will notice that the builder's information is not in this post. Why? Because I want to show you the home. I found it, I got the pictures, I typed this entire post using 2 fingers pecking at the keyboard. If you are looking for a home that has 2 living areas, perfect for extended family, inlaws, college students or maybe just a fortress of solitude, and you havent been able to find one, then I did it for you!

So... about the floorplan. 2800+sqft 4,5 or 6 bedroom options, 3.5 bathrooms $215,990.  This home is currently available in Maricopa as a "new build" which means it will take 4-5 months to complete the home. The same floorplan is available in the "West Valley" but the prices "in town" start at approx $240,000.

The homes has 2 entrances (LOL, 3 I guess if you would enter the garage like the majority of us). You have a main front door entrance to the main part of the home and look very closely at this picture and notice a door entrance and walkway to the left of the garage. The smaller entrance is the private living area entrance.

By the way, if you enter the garage from the driveway, there are 2 doors to the inside of the home from the garage. 1 is to the main home, and 1 is the apartment.

So what is this apartment?

The apartment consists of a living area, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and a small laundry area in the bedroom walkin closet
