1. Professional photos (actually have been using a photographer, but haven't advertised it)
2. Aerial photos.. These are VERY beneficial when the exterior of the property is upgraded with a pool, built ins, golf course, manicured landscape etc..
3. Virtual tour- video of the interior of the home from a professional videographer.
These are in addition to my current marketing plan.
