Yes it's true.
I have seen it with my own eyes. Cobblestone farms was one of the 1st subdivisions that came to Maricopa. Homes started being built in 2004 and building wrapped up in 2007, or so we thought!
When everything was said and done, Fulton Moved out of Maricopa on a 10 year hiatus leaving just a handful of empty lots in Cobblestone empty.
As of this month, it looks like each of those lots have started construction of some new homes!
