Brian graduated from the University of West Florida in Pensacola with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management. He is a Phoenix area Realtor that was transplanted from the “deep South” in 2005. He moved from the Gulf Coast having worked and lived in Florida and Mississippi.

He finds the best deals for his clients by scoping out the builders for homes that have fallen through the escrow process or homes that have recently been discounted. Generally he also looks at new listings daily especially when he has a client interested in a specific area!
The true characteristics about Brian Petersheim that make him unique are that he has earned the designation of CNE which is “Certified Negotiation Expert”. His goal while negotiating is to read the negotiating personality of the opposing Realtor and counter him in a way that will prove beneficial to my clients.
