Inventory is low and the homes that show very well and are priced correctly are moving quickly. I check the listings everyday and I have noticed homes being under contract in 4,5 and 7 days.
Not all homes sell this quickly, but many do. As a seller, you definitely want to get an agent's perspective to make sure the home shows well and is priced with the market!
