I think there is one very important item left off the list. It only needs to be done 1x a year. I try to do it on my personal home on New Years day every year..... Change every battery in every smoke detector!
I learned my lesson with changing batteries long ago. All of the smoke detectors are operated by electricity with a battery back up. The smoke detectors "talk" to each other. If one chirps, the next one closest to it chirps, and the next one to it....... Imagine the detector in the middle of the house chirping and alerting the next one each direction and starting a chorus of annoying chirps.
This can happen if the battery gets low in the detector. It is a real challenge trying to find the "original" chirper from the chain of alarms. This type of headache madness can be avoided by putting fresh batteries in all of them the same day of the Year!

Spring Checklist

- Lubricate Door Hinges with Silicone Spray
- Monitor Secondary A/C Drain
- Test GFCI receptacles
- Lubricate Rollers & Guides on Garage Door & Opener
- Fertilize your lawn, keep excess off of your concrete as this can stain the surface
- Adequately water the lawn as needed
- Water Foundation to Maintain Constant Moisture in Dry Seasons
- Seed and Feed Lawn
- Deep Water Shrubs and Trees
