Foreclosures at Historic low in Phoenix Metro-Oct 2014

Greetings, Thanks for checking out my blog.

On a weekly basis, I deal much of my time dealing with Maricopa Real Estate agents, and some of my time dealing with experts closer to "the big city".  Agents that specialize in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler and Gilbert will sometimes make the trip to Maricopa to show homes or even list them.

When dealing with agents from outside Maricopa, I enjoy chatting to find a bit about their market. If something is different from ours, I want to know. The general consensus from Phoenix/Chandler/Gilbert in the past few months is that it seems to be a bit of a buyer's market, with a bit more supply than demand.

Talking to Maricopa agents, myself included, I would characterize a stronger buyers market. It seems to be skewed with even more supply and less demand than Phoenix. I can only hope that the Snowbirds get here soon, and they are in the mood to buy!

Please check out the number of foreclosures on the market. HUGE changes from just a few years ago.
